This book gives you a total regiment that is effective for a lifetime to maintain a healthy weight without crash dieting, fad-diets or new techniques.
It shows how to speed up the initial weight loss process then how to maintain it. This is an older, effective very healthy attitude for losing weight. Includes meal plans, small exercise charts as well as many recipes. Sometimes sensible things remain ageless like this book.
