I know a few of us have been having some tech problems here, I'm wondering if anyone else has this problem:  since I was only sporadically getting the daily digest and wish list I decided just to not subscribe at all.  When I get into my account, I choose the "off" option for both the digest and wishlist.  When I hit "update" absolutely nothing happens.  I have the latest version of Firefox, which PBS recommends.  I let R&R know about it yesterday, I'm just curious wo else has this problem.

Hmmmm...it's been a while since I had an AR wishlist book come in.....are we supposed to get emails notifying up they are up on our account page?  I just logged on and happened to see it halfway down the page and someone posted it but I never got an email about it.

Did you check your settings to make sure your WL emails were not turned off too?

Yup, I did.  And I'm STILL getting the digests and daily wl...I've tried a million times turning the settings to "off" with no luck...it's beginning to drive me crazy.

I too tried to subscribe but there are Errors on the page and not letting me.  I send PBS a email last week but have not heard anything yet.

Now I'm having other probs (just emailed R&R again.)  Decided to log on before bed and the "do you want this wishlist book" came flashing on the screen.  No email telling me this, though.  Also saw I had two credits added to the account...I had two thank yous for the books I sent but nothing stating I had the credits added.  I went to the communications part o fmy account and all these emails are listed there but apparently they are very hit and miss and I'm not getting some of them. I haven't monkeyed with the email setting, everything is as it had been.  Anyone having similar problems in this area?

Me again!  Now I'm not even  getting book request emails.  Over the past few days I've noticed other emails I haven't been getting and I just happened to log on this a.m. to see 2 book requests.  I"m not even getting the emails back from R&R responding to my questions.  I see them in my club communications.  Am I going to have to check this constantly instead of relying on my email?  Does anyone else have to do this?

This site has never, since the day I signed up, successfully sent me email -- I just hang out on my Club Communications page, and that works well for me.

I know that when I was signing up for the daily digest that I had to choose genres to get it to work.  maybe to unsub you have to unselect those genres?  just a random thought

I'm sure you already tried this too, but just in case, for those not getting emails, did you check your junk or spam folder to make sure they're not getting routed there? After the upgrade in May, the address changed, and I had to tell my email that the librarian wasn't junk.

Yeah, nothing is going to the spam folder and I have two different addys in my address book.  I guess I'll just have to keep checking the club communication page too!

I think the daily digest and wl settings are fixed!

Just an FYI:

If any of you are using McAfee Security center and have had to re-new or update in the last month, you may have to go to their website and down load a "fix", apparently they released  a flawed update and it has been causing lots and lots of problems with internet browsing, and web site viewing. 

I fixed mine this morning.
