I originally ordered this book because I had recently read another of the author's published works and had enjoyed that one.
I have read a number of end-time books over the years and this one did not disappoint. The author's interpretations of the timeline were interesting, although not too much different from many of the other novels in this genre published in the last several decades.
The characters were well written and their behaviours well thought out.
Perhaps one of the reasons that I found this book a good read is that the author kept her story within a "one book" situation. The story started and ended within the same volumn and did not leave the reader hanging for the "next".
All in all, I would recommend this book without hesitation.
