Del and Mac Travers fought on opposite sides of the Civil War, but were brothers as well as friends. When they got back to TX it was to find it was changed and their sister and fiance had been kidnapped to be sold into slavery in Mexico. Book is old and worn, but readable and I think it's one of Louis' best stories.
