I know it's $3.99 for one MAB book but if there's more than one MAB on an order, what's the shipping cost on the others?

I ordered a while ago and got 20 books - this was the total shipping, so it worked out to about $2.50/book. I think the more you order, the less shipping is per book.

Finally found the answer, it's the same as for PBS Market books: $3.99 for the first book and $1.09 for each subsequent book.
