Two old Norwegian snoops. They think they are detectives....but are actually small town, gossipy, judgemental snoops! Very short stories about everyday 'crimes'...like who 'stole' the green hymnal from the church??

Every town has its famous detectives. London had its esteemed Holmes & Watson, but these men, if living today, couldn't hold a candle to Shirley Holmquist and Aunt Wilma Watson of Heartsberg. They're busy, snoopy, nosey, and they get the job done, solving such cases as "The Telltale Slop Pail," "The Lutefisk Heist," "The Fire at the Flickertail Lounge & Grill,", etc.

This humorous book exposing the darker side of life in the small town of Heartsberg is hilarious.
