I've read the entire series, but wasn't very impressed with this one. Usually he has one big case plus a few loose ends to keep the story moving. This book had Stone on vacation, and aside from a little skinny dipping with Dino and the two women, nothing really happens. The case he was working on was pretty week, and I feel the bad guy character wasn't developed at all. I think Mr. Woods is just putting out books to forfill an obligation, not to interest his readers. It's a shame, because Stone and Dino are two of my all time favorite characters :(

Oh yea, I forgot, he obviously quit using the words disappear or vanished. Instead he uses another word incessantly. If you still read the book after my bad review, see if you can pick out the word I'm talking about. Doing so may just be the highlight of your reading!
