Sibley Fleming is an American journalist and writer (Outstanding Writer 2000, by the National League of American Pen Women, and Georgia Author of the Year).
Celestine Sibley Fleming was born in Atlanta, Georgia, and attended Centenary College in Shreveport, Louisiana, on a music scholarship. She has worked as a freelance writer, media specialist, music teacher, musician, journalist, and senior account executive with a top Atlanta public relations firm. Most recently, she served as managing editor for National Real Estate Investor magazine (2005—2010). She is now the national real estate editor for Bisnow's daily city publications.
Fleming has written and edited several books, including How to Rock Your Baby, for which she received the 1997 Family Channel Seal of Quality. In 2000, she was named Outstanding Writer by the National League of American Pen Women and was named Georgia Author of the Year by Georgia Writers for her book, "Celestine Sibley: A Granddaughter's Reminiscence". Fleming resides in Avondale Estates, Ga.
