#2 in the Davis Landing continuity series, each book about the Hamilton family but each written by a different author but each featuring a different one of the six Hamilton children during a rough time in the family as their father battles serious illness and their mother is by his side with her deep faith in God. This is Chris's Story.

This one was my favorite of the series but each one had it's good points.

Each book is a good read even if you have not read the other books in this series. Since they each have their own author they each can stand alone and each have their own style. Reading another just adds more background to the stories, not essential but fun if you can read more than one of these.

Second in the Davis Landing miniseries. I liked this one just as much as the first one. I can't wait for next month's books so I can read the third story.

Good story. Handsome and a good guy describes Chris, along with chilvary and determination. Felicity isn't pleased he's protecting her and provides a little mischief and stubborness of her own. Mixing these two together brings a humorous struggle along with mystery and romance. Let the sparks fly!

I enjoyed this book as well as all of the Davis Landing series.
