Not sure what's up, but I haven't had this problem until today, and I have not changed any of my account settings.  Only half of my signature is showing up- everything below the line of asteriks is cut off (and that's the list of deals I am looking for, so I want it on there!).  Anyone else experiencing this?

They've shortened the max length of signature lines.

I can understand them doing that but I don't understand WHY they didn't just tell us that!!!!!  And looking at other post - some people still have 3 full lines of blinkies and others can't seem to keep one line.   Could one of you TGL's find out some answers for the rest of us??  HOW long are we allowed and is everyone allowed the same amount?   Does it have to do with the function of the blinkies or the number of the blinkies??  Answers would be greatly appreciated as the majority of us are still in the dark.   The ONLY ones who seem to get answers anymore are the TG's.  

I see four lines in your siggy counting the space one and three pictures, Taleah.    Are that many ok?   I took off all my words so my blinkies will show.  Can I add them back since you seem to have them??

Thanks for posting Cozette- I am glad I'm not the only one who was out of the loop on this.  I was starting to wonder why I missed getting that info!  It would be nice to know what the maximum length is.

I don't know the max length, but I'm working on finding that out. I believe it was reduced because some people were getting out of hand with it.

I didn't have to edit my signature when it went into effect, so probably a little experiementing is good.Lesley's looks good now :)

Thanks Taleah for working with us.   I know it's partly my personality but I just HATE it when I don't know what is happening!  LOL   And I refuse to contact R&R over little things like this.    I guess I should have just become a TG like so many, then I'd be in the know!  LOL   I keep playing with my siggy - right now what I've got is all I can seem to have at one time.   I've seen much longer ones but guess I need to just be happy with what I've got.                I admit I was probably one of the long, long ones but haven't had one that long in a bit.   You don't think they are "spanking" those of us that got too long before do you??  ROFL          Absolutely just joking about that!    Thanks again for keeping us updated T!

Yea, I think some of the signatures were getting a bit long!!

As for stuff you are looking for, or messages for swaps, just use the notebook, and put a note on the signature saying to read your notebook entry! That way, members who want to see the information there can go and see it.

any suggestions, other than going back and forth multiple times to see if it fits on how to measure 250 pixels?  I'm not sure how much over I am (this is my first post since reading about the change here on the forum), but looking at others I am pretty sure I'm too long.  Wish if they were going to put a restriction on it that they would give you some way to measure or regulate in your settings.

You know what, forget it.  Unpostables can just go to the darn goodwill or trash.  I've deleted twice, and it won't copy and paste with correct spacing  when I hit save it moves and addes a big space in the middle of the darn sig.  I understand the need to keep signatures managable but this is way too much agravation I'd rather not bother

Ok...I'm pretty sure that I've got it whittled down...how come I still can't see my blinkies?  I have 4 skinny ones that take up one line and the words you see.

The blinkies won't show up though.

It looks like I should have plenty of space for regular skinny blinkies.  I'm also still seeing people that have a couple of lines of blinkies showing up...................???????????

I've given up trying to figure it out Candice.   I counted 14 blinkies on my siggy and some can't get any.   I feel sure that somehow they'll get this all figured out for us before we figure it out for ourselves!  LOL

I'll need to go shorten mine a bit now. :(

Still can't get them to show up!  This is getting irritating....I see others that have 2 rows of those big thick blinkies and I can't even get one row of the skinny ones....

Well, Candice, I guess I've successfully determined that it is not the blinkies since they are showing up just fine on mine.

Someone else recently had a similar problem. Here's what I had her do. Go to your sig line, and back space all of the text from the text portion, then hit the delete key a bunch also while in there. Update and do this again. Placing your cursor in the box, and hitting the backspace key and the delete key until nothing moves and then update. Do this two or three times. Also, place your cursor in the supposedly blank box, use the key combo CTRL+A to select all, then do the backspace & delete & update.

Now, try to put your sig line & blinkies in and see what happens.

If you click, hold & drag over your siggy space right now, you can see that there is apparently something stuck there. It's the same way her's was, and it took a couple tries of doing the steps above but it finally cleared and she got her blinkies in. And this was before the space change for her, so that has nothing to do with it. Somehow your space has just corrupted and got something in it.

Just so you know, us TGs usually don't get any more or less info than the rest of you guys!  We just research the answers to post here (meaning that we ask other TGs) so it just seems like we know more.  But there's not like a secret book of information that we are given that the rest of you don't have!

The team has asked us [ in the help section I think] to keep the blinkies and icons to a reasonable amount. Kind of like the honor system, but it did not work. In the past I have kept my graphics to about 5, but for Halloween I had about 12 items; I knew that was pushing it.  That is the most I have every had at one time. I had seen one person that had about 25 [icons]  on it. Come on now... really you know that is not "reasonable".  So I am not surprised they finally reached their limit with us. Remember this is their ball game, if they dont like the way you play they can take the ball away from you.
