It can the the noisest thing-
if you let it.
Driving you insane until you-
finally break.
Your own thoughts slowly become-
your enemy.
People'll try to tell you that-
it's okay.
But only you know what its like to be-
tortured from within.
They have no idea what I'm going through-
but they try.
To get into my head, into my thoughts-
to know what's wrong.
"Why are you acting this way?" they ask-
and I tell them.
Get a taste of your own tortured thoughts-
then you'll know.

Sounds like you're going through a rough patch right now. If you're writing from your own life, that is. It sounds like a teenager who is going through puberty. That's always a really hard time in a person's life because the hormones changing your body, also amp up the intensity of your feelings that can make you feel really out of control, you know?

Nice. People don't know what it's like to be you until they get have to deal with the situation or go through the same experiences.
