A Silent Cry Author:Mike Adams This story is being told for the very first time in this book. No one is aware of each and every event retold here ... not even our three children ... except for me. Some of the events I consider to be miracles and realize there are people who are not going to believe these things actually happened. I consider myself to be a regular guy. I do no... more »t possess any special qualities to experience such things which otherwise defy logic and reason. This story takes place mostly during the 24 months after my wife of 23 years sadly died and went to Heaven. I did not fully comprehend everything that was happening to me as I was living it. I was simply trying to take one day at a time by putting one foot in front of the other one step at a time. Losing your wife at that relatively young age puts me in a minority of husbands. The grieving process varies widely. No doubt there are shared experiences but by and large it is uniquely personal for each and every person who loses a spouse. I do however find myself to be a member of two clubs no man wants to ever belong. The first is husbands who have buried their wife. The second is parents who have buried a child. So while I do not have professional background, training or experience in the subject of grief, I have faced death ... twice ... in our immediate family. This is a story about life. This is a story about love and marriage. This is a story about death. This is a story about life after death. This is a story about eternal life intersecting with life in this world. This is a true story.« less
