Peter Howard was educated at Ampleforth and in Paris, where he spent the major part of his career in the management of British Companies.He has been a trustee of the Hertford British Hospital since 1970, and was chairman of the Management Committee from 1976 to 1979. Peter Howard a été un élève d'Ampleforth, en Angleterre, et a poursuivi ses études à Paris, où il a passé la majeure partie de sa carrière comme administrateur de sociétés britanniques.
