Like many newer cookbooks, I was unimpressed with this volume. It has large, pretty pictures, big fonts, and a mere 50 recipes.
I pulled it out looking for a recipe for beef, and was stunned to discover of 50 kebab recipes, there were only 2 for beef.
I sincerely hope someone else enjoys it, but it was not to my taste at all. I want more substance and less illustration from my cookbooks.
