I just finished reading this book and I am thrilled with the results! My 4 month old was waking every 2 hours in the night and would not go to bed until I nursed her back to sleep. But now she sleeps on her own, and stays asleep all night. This book gives a few different idea on how to get your baby/child to sleep through the night, which is good, in case you don't like one of the suggestions. Also educates you as to why your child is acting so.

What a helpful book! This book provides sensible advice for getting your kids on a reasonable sleep schedule. It even works for parents who are uneasy about letting their baby cry. It helped bring sanity to our lives at a very stressful time. A+

This book helped us establish a good sleep routine with my first 2 babies and then gave some help with getting my third to make the transition from crib to "big bed" plus it gave some nice insight on how to deal with some bedtime struggles.
