Slime for Kids

Dish: Other
Dish Type: Other
Difficulty: 1 / 10
Servings:
Prep Time: 10 min
Cook Time:

Ingredients
  • 2 cups - White Elmer's School Glue
  • 1 cup - Liquid Starch
  • 5-10 drops - Food Coloring
Directions

In a large bowl, mix one part liquid starch with two parts glue.

Add in your color.

Then mix. It is best to mix with your bare hands. At first it will be gloppy, then stringy, but eventually it will turn into the slime we all know and love.

When not using, store slime in an air tight container.

Notes

You can find liquid starch, such as Vano, at your grocery store in the laundry detergent section. And I highly reccomend using only white Elmer's School Glue. I've tried other brands and varieties, but they didn't hold up as well.

You can also add glitter or extracts, such as vanilla, orange, or peppermint for added features.
