My daugher really found this book helpful to her when starting out middle school. It helped settle her fears about going to a new school.

The book covers subjecst such as: good morning habits, teachers toubles, class notes, test time, making new friends, school dances, tryouts, and much more. The book is written in a big sister type of tone and is very friendly and up beat.

This book is great if you starting middle school, it didn't help me much because I got it in 7th grade and by then I already had the swing of things. Hope you find it more helpful than I did!
