The problem with this book is that only the first and last chapters talk about what the title implies. The middle chapters discuss related topics, such as body language. Snoop is another example of the non-fiction book that should have been a long essay - too much padding.
I found this book both well written and quite interesting. It gives some insight into how we assess and judge people, places and events... and gives us thought into examining our conclusions...
Combines solid science (if anything in psychology can be called that) with good fun and some comic stories of the experiments that led to the book.
