This is one of the best books I've read by this author. It takes place just before the turn-of-the-century and was an overall great read. The characters were fairly well-developed and believable and it was nice that the male lead was more understanding and not doing that whole "You Jane-Me Tarzan!" stuff that usually happens and then as a result, the woman gives up everything she knows to make the relationship work.
