Sexy and Sassy. Very funny, pretty clean, and entertaining. Hard to put down.
I absolutely loved this book. It reminded me of the old time comedy classic movies. I giggled and laughed out loud with these two charactors. It's a keeper.
Cecily meets Chas in the emergency clinic when she literally trips over his feet and lands on him. She is down on her luck and needs a job, and he desperately needs a temporary secretary. Chas has no idea what he's about to get into- everywhere that Cecily goes, calamities happen and hilarity ensues.
Many times while I was reading this, I literally laughed out loud. Cecily is an awesome character- flawed, yes. But she has a great heart and I found it easy to like her and root for her throughout the story. Chas was referred to as "young stiff-rump, jr." because he was becoming so set in his ways. He was harder to like, and I thought it took him WAY too long to wake up and smell the coffee. Cecy's character makes up for that though, and I really enjoyed reading this.
