Pub. 1986. Book Introduction: A blending of the old and new, the know and the yet-to-be- experienced - traditional favorites - new ideas. It is fascinating to see what can be done with a food processor and microwave oven, while still using the conventional methods for traditional foods.
I say: The back of the book carries recommendations Jewish celebrities, a noted Rabbi, and a Gordon Bleu cook. Here's a sampling of the recipes; Avocado and Grapefruit Salad with Honey Dressing; Passover Onion Rolls; Garlic Soup; Apple Nut KugelMatzah Dressing for Chicken. Also includes the staples of the Sedar table like Charoset. Also discussion of Kosher.
