Ingredients

- 1 med. Onion- chopped

- ½ med. Bell pepper- chopped

- ½ lb. Hamburger

- 1 1/3 c. minute (instant) rice

- 1 ¾ c. water

- 2 cans (8 oz. Each) tomatoes or tomato sauce

- 1 tsp. Salt

- dash pepper

- 1-2 tsp. Prepared mustard
Directions
Brown meat, onion, bell pepper, and rice over high heat. Then add water, tomatoes, and seasonings. Mix well, and bring to boil. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
