[Substitute for House Joint Resolution No. 332.] [179.] CONCERNING THE SUPPORT OF THE PUBLIC LIBRARY OF THE CITY OF SOUTH NORWALK. Resolved by this Assembly: That the city of South IS'orwalk may maintain and support its public library and reading room out of the general income of said city; provided, that the annual appropriation for said purpose shall not exceed the sum which would be raised by a tax of one-half mill on the dollar on the grand list of said city. Approved, May 14, 1907. [House Joint Resolution No. 353.] [180.] AUTHORIZING THE TOWN OF NORWALK TO MAINTAIN PUBLIC FLOATS. Resolved by this Assembly: That the town of Norwalk is hereby authorized to construct and maintain two public floats in the Norwalk harbor at such place or places as will be most convenient; provided, that said floats shall not obstruct or impede public navigation. Approved, May 14, 1907. [Substitute for House Joint Resolution No. 186.] [181.] CONCERNING THE TERM OF OFFICE OF THE JUDGE AND ASSOCIATE JUDGE OF THE CITY POLICE COURT OF HARTFORD. Resolved by this Assembly: Section 1. That the judge and associate judge of the city police court within and for the city of Hartford shall each hold office for the term of two years from and after the first day of July next following his appointment and until his successor shall be duly appointed and qualified. Sec. 2. The present judge and associate judge of said court shall continue to administer their respective offices until the first day of July, 1907. Sec. 3.
