A great resource for parents of children with ADHD, ADD, Sensory Processing Disorder, and any other developmental disorder. Children with such conditions are often picky eaters who limit themselves to a few foods. The author has years of research and clinical work with SN children and their families. Her practical advice is a good guide for harried parents who worry about their children's diets. The author, a registered dietician, evaluates the most popular diets for such children (gluten free casein free; Specific Carbohydrate Diet; Low Oxalate Diet, Ketogenic; Body Ecology, etc.) She also gives simple doable solutions to maximizing the child's food intake. We incorporated one of her suggestions and at first I was hesitant because I was sure the recommendation would fail but much to my surprise the suggestion actually worked.
