Ingredients

1 cup - blood orange juice

1 - lemon
-
1 - lime
-
4 - garlic cloves pressed

4 6-9 oz - tuna steaks

1 bunch - fresh dill
-
1/2 tsp - cayenne

3 Tbls - parmesan or romano cheese

- salt and pepper and flour

4 - eggs

1 tsp - cumin

1 lb - kale, rinsed and stems removed

1/3 c - milk
-
1/4 c - balsamic vinager

1/8 c - soy sauce, tamari, or shoyu

1 - onion minced
Directions
Marinate tuna in citrus juices, fresh dill, garlic in refrigerator for as long as u have. On a plate combine dry ingredients, salt, pepper, flour, cumin, parm, cayenne. In a bowl whisk eggs and milk together. dip steaks in flour mixture then in egg mixture then in flour mix again to thoroughly coat. place on a baking dish. broil on high for 14 minutes. In a soup pot pour 1 cup of water and cover with the lb of kale. Add 1 garlic clove pressed, the soy sauce and balsamic and the minced onion, bring to a boil. Pile the Kale on the plate in the center and place the tuna steak on top. With a spoon drizzle the juice from the Kale over the plate and serve
