Ingredients
  • 1 small can - artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  • 1 10oz package - frozen spinach, thawed
  • 1 8oz package - Monteray jack cheese, shredded
  • ¼ cup - parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup - mayonnaise
Directions

1 small can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1 10oz package  frozen spinach, thawed

1 8oz package of Monteray jack cheese, shredded

¼ cup parmesan cheese, I usually use Kraft in the plastic can but you can use fresh too

1 cup mayonnaise

 

Mix all ingredients together. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until top is bubbly and brown. (approx. 15 minutes)

If you want, you can also use the microwave and put it in for about 5 minutes, stir it up and then put it in for another 5 minutes. You want the cheese to be melted.

 

Dip with either corn chips or Ritz crackers.
