Ingredients

2 cups - flour
1 tablespoon - salt
2 - eggs
4 tablespoons - milk..maybe a little more

Directions

Mix together the flour & salt. Then add and mix in the eggs and milk. Roll out thin. Put them in boiling broth and boil for at least 30 minutes.

Notes

This is a recipe my ex sister in law gave me many, many years ago that she used all the time. Since then, this is the ONLY noodle recipe I use as well. No drying and to make cutting quick and easy, just use a pizza cutter to cut the noodles into strips and drop them in the boiling broth.

We LOVE these simple noodles! They're better than the ones we used to buy at the store, and so inexpensive. We have them all the time now, instead of only when I can fit them into the budget. The kids have a great time helping me make them, too. Thanks for the GREAT recipe!
