Ingredients
  • 2 small - squash sliced and cooked
  • 2 cups - corn meal
  • 1 cup - buttermilk
  • 1 tsp - sugar
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 small - onion chopped
Directions

cook squash,drain and mash.mix with other ingredients.using a scoop scoop out dough and drop into hot deep fyer.great with fish!
