This book started out well, but I thought that the premise was a bit unbelieveable. There also was some questions about the serial killer that were never answered. The last 1/3 of the book was predictable. Nice and neat ending.

I had bought this book quite some time ago (and I'm keeping it) and forgot that I lent it to a friend. I thought it was fantastic, and she told me it was, too, and in fact read it in a few days - just couldn't put it down! If you are from the Upper Midwest/Minnesota, there is significance, too, with all the place names Stelljes throws in. I wish he would write more, but so far, this must be his one and only book.
