Don't know why this is listed as British. The copyright flap says "printed in USA" and I bought it here too. The title on the cover is "The Star Trek Encyclopedia: A Reference Guide to the Future" by Michael Okuda, Denise Okuda, and Debbie Mirek from 1994.
A great book of Star Trek information. All kinds of pictures stories. It is a bit dated and will hopefully be updated someday.
