The romance between Sam and Genevieve was great. I completely understood Sam's reluctance to get involved and got a few chuckles from how Genevieve pushed her way past his barriers. When they finally began to admit their feelings, the windows steamed up. It was just the right balance of heart pounding romance and innocence. The mystery of her parents past, which I was surprised about, made for a good reason to turn the pages. Full review is at my website.
