Normally, the non-stop action in Gilstrap's books allows me to suspend belief and go with the flow. In this book, much of the action is unplanned and the book reads that way also. This book did not capture my attention in the same manner as previous outings with âDiggerâ Grave and âBig-Guyâ. The writing was still above average but not mesmerizing in previous installments. I'd still recommend this one but not as highly as others that I have read in the series.
