I enjoy the writing style of J.M. Snyder, and Stepping Up to the Plate is an excellent example of why. Solid writing style and the characterizations just suck the reader into the story and leave you wanting more for days after you're finished reading!

Angsty, growing up and coming of age storyline. Solidly interracial and somewhat dark, readers will soon be rooting for Stacy to get out of his own way and find is HEA. Recommended!

This is one of the first books I've read of this genre, and it was better than I expected it to be. The main charcter, Stacy, has a bit of an attitude that was a bit annoying at times, but overall it was a good book. Will read others by this author.
