It was extremely hard for me to sit down and finish this book. It had to be one of the most boring books I have ever read. Often times I couldn't tell if I was reading about teenagers in High School, or an elderly couple. For Laura to be 31, and Wilham a 40 something year old virile man, the dialogue between them was just so mundane and elementary. Often times Laura would just go on and on and on and on about all of her hang ups, and what she wanted in a man (a rich man), blah blah blah. I literally found myself just skipping 5-10 pages at a time because what she was thinking in her head added nothing of value to the story. All of her ranting about Wilham not being the one for her just became idiotic after a while because unless she was dead you could clearly see he was exactly what she was looking for. The potential was there for this to be a good book, but it just fell completely flat.
