The stories in this book are quirky and I love quirky. I was throughly enjoying reading this book until I got to the last story, Little Girl Stew. I guess the author decided to save the worst for last. The story is absolutely, positively horrifying. Not only did it make me sick, it frankly scared me senseless. To think someone would do something as dreadful as what's described in the story is truly bone-chilling.
