Stuffed Cabbage Casserole

1 head cabbage 1 1/2 cups instant rice (uncooked)
1 lb hamburger 1 quart tomatoes
1 onion,chopped 1 can conndensed tomato soup with 1 can water
Cut cabbage into bite size pieces.Put 1/2 in the bottom of the pan.Crumble raw hamburger over the cabbage.Add onion,rice and tomatoes.Cover with remaining cabbage.Pour soup and water over the top.Salt and Pepper to taste. Bake,covered for 1 1/2 hours at 400 degrees.
