1.) Saute' 1/2 chopped onion and 1/2 cup chopped celery in veg oil until slightly browned
2.) Add 1 lb. of hamburger and brown
3.) Add: 1 tsp of salt, 1/4 tsp of pepper, 1 8oz tomato sauce, 1/2 cup of water, 3/4 uncooked minute rice
4.) Cover tightly and simmer for 5 minutes
5.) Place mixture in cleaned and prepared green bell pepper cups
6.) Push a cube of cheddar cheese into middle of each pepper cup filled with meat mixture
7.) Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 25 minutes
