As a Tour Guide, so far I've been able to answer all the questions I've gotten, but this one has me stumped---it's a live help question. Anyone know what I can tell her????? I've tried the lounge, but everyone there is stumped so far!! Thanks! Denise Hello! Here's my question: I requested a book, and got the confirmation e-mail stating that the book should be on it's way soon, but now it's gone from the account page, the books I've requested page, and it's not in the transaction archive. Do you know what may have happened? I just want to make sure it's not coming before ordering another! |

My only suggestion would be to have her contact R&R about this. Sounds like a glitch! |

Has she tried just waiting, logging out and checking again later. The other day I had 4 books to mail and it would not let me print postage. It kept saying it wasn't available for my address when I've used it before. I asked a live helper and even emailed PBS. It just cleared up on it's own about an hour later. |

Denise, I have a vague recollection of someone posting in the forum about this same issue a while back. You may want to try a forum search to see if you can find out how it got resolved. |
