An interesting book on government stupidity which literally scares you. One congressman is quoted in the book as stating, "Congress is not corrupt, Congress is incompetent." After reading this book, you can believe it of the entire government.

As the book was published in 1995, some of the information is dated, and its scary to think what might have happened since. On the other hand, the incidents presented in the book provided a lot of laughs about the people who think they know more than we do.
