i look up, just as the clouds open up and expose its finest treasure.

It is a beautiful full moon, shining with the knowledge of love.

It has indeed been __ days since i was blessed with its beauty.

not only that, but also my own treasure, him.

I look towards the vast ocean, wishing for it to somehow create a path so i can cross it to see my love.

Although summer is over, i can still feel his warmth that overcame me that day.

His smile,

His eyes,

His laugh,

Even his thick accent layered like icing on a cake.

All struck a match and lit a fire inside me.

i do believe it was fate by which we met,

for it was too perfect.

never had i been able to talk to someone with such ease,

laugh with such joy!

though sadly, he went one way, while i went the other.

flying, to different countrys, states, cities, even towns.

though perhaps, fate will bring us together again someday,

and when that day comes,

i'll be waiting patiently counting the days by which we too quickly parted.

i look towards the clouds to find them hiding the beautiful treasure once more,

which i will soon, see again.
