I listened to this audio book while traveling to a vacation destination, and it was the funniest, most entertaining book that I have ever listened to. It is about 3 friends who rent a vacation home at Nags Head for one month during the summer. The owner lives over the garage, but the girls do not know he is the owner. he communicates with them via email. He is desperately trying to hold on to the house with the bank being close to foreclosure. I can highly recommend it.

I wish I had read the reviews of this book before I ordered it. Mine is the audio copy, and the reader is VERY expressive...which you will either love or hate. There are lots of southern accents and cliches and although the women are in their thirties, they talk like teenagers. For those of you who love beach reads, you might like this since the plot isn't complicated and it takes place on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. For those who are fans of MK Andrews, you may or may not be disappointed. This was my introduction to her work. I may give her another shot.
