Chop cabbage ,Peel and crush garlic, add oilve oil ,vinagar,sugar, and salt and peppert o taste to the cabbage and garlic mix well. Place in an air tight container and let sit for about 24 Hours shake the contain off and on to get the liquid mixture all over the cabbage. This makes a good slaw for summer time you don't have to worry about it spoiling. It has a twangy taste or sour taste. Good with BBQ
