Ingredients
- 1 quart - sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup - sugar
- 2 1/3 cups - bisquick
- 1/2 cup - milk
- 3 tbsp - sugar
- 3 tbsp - butter or margarine
- 1 tub(8 oz.) - thawed cool whip
heat oven to 450 degrees
mix 1/2 cup of sugar into starwberries, set aside. stir remaining ingredients, except cool whip, until soft dough forms. drop six spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet.
bake 10-12 minutes. split shortcakes; fill and top with strawberries and cool whip.
