Great book about a summer trip to the lake for two newly cobined families. Amy is a professional skater. Her family does not understand the demands put upon her. Amy, daughter of the husband, and Jack, son of the wife, are falling in love which adds stress to the newly formed family.

When Jack's mother marries Any's widowed father, the newlyweds invite all the children to spend the summer at the Legends' retreat in Northern Minnesota. They hadn't counted on just how well Jack and Amy would get along.
