This is a disturbing story of how a severely disturbed man was able to manipulate a frumpy mother to aid in his pursuit of killing women. His perversions knew no boundaries as he was also a child molester. The story of Doug Clark and Carol Bundy (no relation to Ted Bundy) is reminiscent of Sacramento, California, serial killers Gerald Gallego and Charlene Williams. Great book!

In 1980 Douglas Clark, with his girlfriend Carol Bundy's help, murdered at least five young women from L.A.'s demimonde; here Farr captures the complex personalities of the two slayers, providing insight into the rootless youths who populate the seedier side of California life. Photos.
