                                           Sweet Potatoe Casserole
 
2 lg (40 ounce) cans sweet potatoes (drained)                                          Topping
1/2 cup margarine                                                                    1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar                                                                            1/2 cup marg.
2 eggs                                                                                       1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup evap. milk                                                                    1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cinnamon                                                                       3/4 cup chopped pecans
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 tsp nutmeg
 
Heat swt potatoes and mash.  Add other ingred put into 9x13 dish. Top with topping and bake at 375 for30-35 min.
