Did nothing for me. I thought, since this book was written by Cynthia Rowley (who knows a little about style) it would be a good read. Not a chance. To me, it was boring. I couldn't get through it. The suggestions for party ideas were lame and the style tips were rehashed. STYLE TIPS REHASHED? Say it ain't so, Cynthia! I really thought this book would be reminicent of the 50s and 60s with their cocktail parties, style of clothing and hair. Sort of like "Mad Men" style. Alas, it was not to be.
