1/3C. SOY SAUCE, 2 TBLSP. FRESH LEMONJUICE, 1 TBLSP. BROWN SUGAR, 1/4 TSP. GROUND GINGER, 2- LAMB CHOPS, 1-1/4". COMBINE SOY SAUCE, LEMON JUICE, BROWN SUGAR, AND GINGER. MARINATE CHOPS IN MIXTURE FOR 6-8 HOURS, TURNING FREQUENTLY. BROIL CHOPS FOR 3-5 MINS. ON EACH SIDE, BASTING FREQUENTLY WITH MARINADE, SERVE.
