Take a can of refrigerated biscuits. Roll each one out (fairly thin), then fill with seasoned taco meat and cheese. I put onions in my taco meat, but my friend makes hers without...just whatever you'd normally do. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes (until puffs are golden brown). We dip them in salsa, sour cream and or guacamole. These can be frozen. Just freeze before you bake. When you're ready to eat them, thaw completely and bake.
