  • 1/2 Pound - Ground Beef
  • 1 pkg - Taco Seasoning
  • 8 oz - Cheddar Cheese

Take a can of refrigerated biscuits. Roll each one out (fairly thin), then fill with seasoned taco meat and cheese. I put onions in my taco meat, but my friend makes hers without...just whatever you'd normally do. Bake at 400 for 15-20 minutes (until puffs are golden brown). We dip them in salsa, sour cream and or guacamole. These can be frozen. Just freeze before you bake. When you're ready to eat them, thaw completely and bake.

Tried these last night. The boyfriend/real life chef loved them!! He suggested using cornmeal when rolling them out to cover the biscuit flavor for next time.

this sounds good, i am going to have to try it but i might try it with crescent rolls, whatcha think? i let you know how it turns out but sounds great!!! YUMMY!
