The tagging discussion in the Sonlight thread reminded me that I've been wanting to post this for quite some time.  It'd be *very helpful* for *all* HS'ers on PBS if everyone could tag their bookshelf (and wish/reminder lists) with curriculum companies.  If the grade/course is also known, that would also be helpful.

As we move more and more to an eclectic mix, it'd be really nice to know if, when I see books, what curriculum they're used with.  If they were tagged with "required" or "supplement" and the like, that would also be nice.

Another issue is that companies like Abeka, who don't put ISBN's on their books, cause issues in the PBS catalog.  Books are always entered "once" - with a database-given ID number.  But if they were tagged properly, then a search for a certain course/grade level would show up all the books.

Anyway, please join me in the tagging adventure.  I've tagged a lot of K12 books (with many more to go), Lightning Literature, etc.

That's a fantastic plan! I really use the tag feature to search for books I need. The grade level information would be especially helpful.
